This kind of injection molding machine is a newly improved version under many years'
successful experience.

Hydraulic parts:
Centralized oil line design, it allows easy maintenance and reduces oil temperature
and loss. By applying imported dual proportioning valves and digital pressure/flow
proportioning system, the machine can operate steadily, fast and reliably, and
is adjusted easily. The oil pump used for the product is imported high-quality
pump.

Matched die parts:
With computer-optimized design, high efficiency is achieved, and long mould moving
travel is resulted. HQT series with advanced integrated structure has excellent
performance.

Jetting part:
Multiple stages and steps of the speed and pressure control, it is fit for various
precise molding with easy adjustment. The screw and charging barrel adopt the
superior nitrogen treatment. The stepless variable speed high torque oil motor directly
drives the screw with high glue-smelting efficiency.

Control part:
It adopts the plastic jetting molding machine specialized computer, multiple CPU
divided work of treatment to ensure the quick respond speed and fine stability of
the control system. It adopts the imported electronic ruler to implement the stroke
control. The electric control cabinet utilizes the fully enclosed dust collecting
design in order to improve the control environment.
