Various components

Hydraulic unit:

The oil way is designed in a centralized mode, its convenient for maintenance, the oil temperature and loss will be reduced. The imported dual-ratio valve and the pressure flux digital ratio system are adopted, the machine operates steady and fast, easy to adjust, and the imported high quality pump is used.

Mould clamping unit:

It is developed by computer-optimized design, it has the high efficiency in mold stroke procedure and has a long mould moving distance. The advanced junction-body structure is adopted in HQT series, and it has excellent performance.

Injection unit:

It has a multiple stages and steps of the speed and pressure control, its fit for various precise shipping, and its easy to adjust. The screw and charging barrel are made by superior steel nitride, it is wear-resistance and long life-span after the nitrogen treatment. The screw is directly driven by oil motor with step-less variable speed and high-torque, the glue-smelting efficiency is fairly high.

Control unit:

It adopts the computer specially used for injection molding machine, the multiplex CPU individual processing can ensure respond speed and fine stability of control system. The imported electronic scale is adopted for stroke control. The fully enclosed dustproof design is adopted for electric device control cabinet, so as to improve the control environment.
